Euphorbia - Royleana succulent plant in GIRRAWEEN, New South Wales for sale

Garden & House

Euphorbia - Royleana
This euphorbia comes from the Himalayas (North India) Bhutan at medium elevation and produces an interesting candelabra looking cactus with leaves. The branches are 4 or 5-ridged, with small paired spines pointing downward, next to the leaf scar.
On offer is 1 x unrooted cutting (not pictured) approximately 20cm long
This is a tree euphorbia and can be trained into whatever shape you require. I have pruned mine to form a standard. It will branch very close to the base if left alone. If pruning wear gloves as with all euphorbia the white sap is caustic. Flowers are tiny - yellow green. It grows well in full sun to part shade and is a quick grower. Drought tolerant it makes a good landscape plant or potted up. Potting it up will restrict it's growth. Its leaves are 20cm long and 4 cm wide.
