OM Size Custom Made All Solid Wood Acoustic Guitar with Fishman Pickup and Hard Case
This is a very special made to order all solid wood acoustic/electric guitar. It was made by a ?small shop? luthier named Ming Xiu from Qingdao. Ming Xiu has been making guitars for over 15 years, and only build to orders through personal contact and word of mouths. As a result, his turnover is quite low, making only two to three guitars per month.
The guitar has a Fishman pickup and the plugged-in sound is very good and clear. The condition of this guitar is almost new, with very few scratches that you will need to look hard to find. It has the first owner?s name ?Colin? silk-screened on the head stock, which will be quite easy to remove if you wish to put your own name on.
This guitar was made in June 2010. It is an OM-shaped guitars, which sounds fuller compared to the the dreadnaught. The AAA grade Spruce top has one the most beautiful close grain sample I have seen. The Indian Rosewood back and sides was really stunning to look at. The guitar has a full wood bound ebony fret board, the back and sides has the same attractive wooden bindings as well. Ebony bridge, bone nut and saddle complete a truly quality package. For similar quality and sound, you will need to pay upwards of $2000 for an american made guitar, and frankly speaking, it sounds better than the few american made guitars I used to owned and sold.
It comes with a strong and very good condition hard case. Inspection and pick up is available from Wentworthville, NSW 2145. Australian wide postage will be capped to $70.
